This kid can play

I wonder what Uncle Ted would think about this

Did I see Steve Lee, (Who likes guns  ;D ) playing a guitar in the "It ain't me" video ?

well done mate  I was wondering who would notice that  :)

that is his Family    they are in a Band here called The Lee's.     "I Like Guns "  was his first solo album  ;D
Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

I nearly got killed today by some idiot on crotch rocket. It made me think about my ex and riding bitch behind her doing 115 on the Tamiami Trail between Miami and Naples at 2am so we could go snook fishing with the old man at 6 that morning. Good times!. Glad the relationship is over, but I do miss the girl. Green Day, Last of the American Girls.

PS M'lette, you might be annoyed that I forgot how to embed this, but I think you'll appreciate the song. ;D

A little white boy country gangsta, from Jonny via the UK. A3's Folsom Prison Blues. (proving again  that in Austin, if you're drunk enough to believe it , you can sell it, as long as you've got a pretty girl with great pipes and a kick ass harp player). ;D

I realize I am a bit younger than most of you. Hopefully this didn't push a few of you into heart attacks, but this song has helped lift me up from some pretty dark places. Don't judge me based on this one genre though. I still do love the classics.  :)

Here's the thing. I love Texas Hill Country music. Its country, blues, folk, swing, rock-a-billy and a little bit of punk all rolled up toghther. Sad thing is, I think we have been fought to a draw by the Brits. :o I loved their Nancy Griffith cover, but "Woke Up This Morning" by A3, live and accoustic is about as Austin as it gets short of ressurecting Townes, Stevie Ray and Blaize. Ignore the thirty seconds of talk at the front and picture yourself at La Zona Rosa with a cold Shiner in hand..... ;D
