I can't sing this song as loud as I want too as I'm stuck in Fl. (which is still a nice place) taking care of two elderly parents. But..... if I had my way, I'd be back in Austin in a heartbeat.That's right I'm not from Texas, but Texas loves me anyway! I love this song.  I love the state, and I love the attitude. The worst deciscion I ever made was to leave a $30k per year dead end job teaching polisci 101 at UT. Low wages and lots of work, but still, it was Austin. Money aside, I would kill for that gig now. Ten years away from Tx. is ten years too long.  Any one on this board from the Lone Star State (God's Country) please sing it loud for me.

Okay I had to post this. I referred to it in a stupid political debate with M58, but screw politics, this is just a fun, kick ass and historical tune. If Louie armstrong got stoned (what are the odds ) and jammed with Jonny Cash and the Ramones it might sound like this. Damn, this is the real deal. Hate my politics, but respect the tunes.
