I'm not ready to say the bubble has burst yet. With economics like they are there is going to be a shifting in buying and choices. However, when you talk to dealer and big box idiots you hear that the sales are still up. I am hearing more thought going into things rather than just taking what is available ... and this is a good thing.
I believe that as things improve, whenever they improve, and as more of the true BHO/Pelosi/Clinton regim shows itself sales will increase again.
The answer to things flowing again is that just as one company increases deliveries another runs short, and these improved supplies are very short lived. Scheels HAD a tremendous amount of ammo on hand last month, and their gun sales people that love to bash gun owners bragged about how the hoarders ran out of money and now we'll have too much ammo on the shelves. Guess what ... two weeks later that "glut" was mostly gone, and they don't know when they will see anymore. They were up on the list for a large shipment, it came through, and now they are back on the bottom of the pile.
Just like the DC mess, This ain't over yet!
