My dad taught me the 3 words that save a marriage.

I WAS WRONG

There are 3 backup words for when those don't quite work:

YOU WERE RIGHT

Hey, all women who like to shoot, like to shoot revolvers.

Good luck. Merry Christmas!

Don't forget the extra three, that might just save your ass:

I AM SORRY
I am a member of my nation's chosen soldiery.
God grant that I may not be found wanting,
that I will not fail this sacred trust.

Tom,

I have been lucky that my wife never had a problem with my toys.  She has 3 horses so I'm alway to the good.

My friend and his wife alway seem to be trying to outspend each other and it's just plain ugly sometimes.

I think you need to give her the new one, after all that's what she wants and said in a woman's way when she said she wished hers had them.  Give it to her for ChristmasThen go out and bust your butt selling off some stuff or working a second job so you can get that house.

WOW, 3 horses should offset more guns than you AND I could carry  ;D

Course your next one it might be a good idea to shovel some stalls before you tell her  ;D

Yesterday I took her to work because of the snow we got the night before. Got breakfast and stopped at Dick's Sporting Goods and actually found a box of Hornaday Critical Defense in 9mm. She has been dying to get her hands on them so I picked up a box and then enjoyed free wi-fi at Borders since she had a short shift. When she was done I took her to lunch and gave her the box of ammo which made her excited.

That was it, so either she is bottling up the rage to be released at a later date or she genuenly does not care.

.....and she's got a new box of ammo....I'd tread VERY lightly if I were you.....
Why, yes....I'm the right-wing extremist Obama warned you about... ;D

That's not going to work. Because he's not sorry at all, he's just trying to stay off the $h!tlist  ;D

Sadly her little snubby is gone, it was sold to help finance her M&P9c. We went to the range and I brought my new toy along thinking she would want to shoot it but she has no interest. Her comments were to the effect of,

"I don't really like revolvers, thats too big and too heavy to even be practical, I understand as a child you were brought up watching Clint Eastwood and will buy into the man sterotypes that say you need a cannon, I get it, but while you are off learning every system known to man I will quietly practice on the only one I care about, the one I carry."

It is very cold here at the DePietro house...

Romance and jewelry for a woman that showed interest in a custom gun ???

All I can say is WTF and thanks Path!

By the way, can you get moon clips for a custom j frame in gold and silver ... nothing says I'm sorry like a new ring  ;)

Charter is coming out with snubbies in 9 and .40 (at least...maybe .45 too...I don't remember) that uses moons.  Tell her you are saving to get her one (probably come in colors too!)
