Very powerful, and sobering. Literally. I did notice that much of that was European. They take drunk driving much more seriously than here in America.
The penalties far and beyond are tougher. In Sweden if your caught you lose your license permanently, and no lawyer will change that. First offense.

FYI Australia has been running these type of adverts for quite anumber of years, initially it proved quite successful with a steady decline over a number of years, the stats now show it levelling off and actually starting to increase again.
I am not statistician (heaven forbid) however my theory is that now people are becoming immune to such a bombardment of adverts and tuning out. While police have increased speed camera's, breath and drug testing, etc it seems mainly done in areas not that are so called black spots or known to be hazerdous but in areas to raise revenue.
