I live in placer, its also the county that issued my ccw.  The sheriff is ed bonner(insert joke here)  I don't personally know him, but I know of him.

He is pretty fair when issusing ccws.  its not shall issue, but its not that hard to get either.


It says his CCW was suspended.  which in CA means taken away for a short period of time.( like durring a investagation)  Since it was suspended, they had to give cuase.  that info is private.  I've got a few friends that are sherriffs for placer, ill ask around.

The pilot is a media whore, he has been on the news atleast half a dozen time in the last few years.  started when some one burned down his house.  ( they even link to the story)

Well I just got a call from a friend of mine, who works for the sheriffs department in question.


All the info he got was that it was suspended do to federal felony charges.  He was unsure if it was a investagation phase or if the charges were already filed.

To qoute the the guy he spoke too at the department "he $&%*ed up really bad"
