Burial at sea, I was hoping they'd wrap a couple weights around his ankles set him afloat in a raft and shoot it and him full of holes, him full of more holes, and as it sinks get eveyone to piss on him.

While I might agree with the attitude of your post. These guys are called "quiet professionals" for a reason. They understood that magnitude of what they had just accomplished. No need to stoop to the enemies level of desecration.

And those who support him. The bimbo's over at "The View" were already yucking it up yesterday about how "smart" Hussein was to not bomb him, and all of their other libtard rhetoric. Just to throw in my own dementedness, I'd like to know which weapon was used.  NATO .223 rifle or a trusty 1911 from a holster?

One of the helicopters was reported shot down by the defenders so OBL would not have been surprised in bed by the SEALS entry into his room.

I understand it went down due to mechanical failure/hard landing, not from hostile fire.  It was destroyed in place, probably as soon as the Team exfilled.

I wondered about that when I read it was bought down by hostile fire but everyone escaped injury.  Unless a lucky shot brings down the bird, enough hostile fire to down it would mean likely casualties, let alone trying to land a damaged chopper under fire and have everyone remain unharmed. 

I then wondered if it was sacrificed to support the story OBL was shot in a firefight while resisting capture.  Only matters to the PC folks...getting him dead was the goal.

Same with the full ceremonial burial at sea.  Making sure the body was never found was the goal and it doesn't matter if it was tossed out the door as soon as they were over deep water.

Everything I've seen/heard so far says there were no causalities, no mention of injuries.

There was a question earlier about the weapon, type used. This is what I received earlier today on what seals carry.

custom Sig 226 in 9mm and the MK23 .45cal SOCOM handgun by HK.  Have not heard this anywhere else, but thought this would lead to more discussion.

You are correct sir! However the behemoth MK23 is less favored by spec ops for the slightly more compact USP. The SIG 226 is also a common sidearm.
