I'm eating chicken Alfredo, and drinking a Tequila Colada. I finished my rum and a bottle Mai Tai mix today, but still have Pina Colada mix. That mix is too sweet and I have sugar-free Margarita mix that's really sour, so I put the lime in the coconut and mix 'em all up.

I put the lime in the coconut, I drink 'em both together. Put the lime in the coconut, then I feel better.

Now being served in Frank's Jazz Cafe;

Buffalo style boneless chicken bites, diced, mixed with Hatch chili macaroni and cheese, and plain macaroni and cheese. The Hatch chili mac and cheese is mostly cheese, and has a consistency similar to lumpy caulking, but tastes MUCH better. And it's guaranteed to stick to your ribs if it makes it that far. The regular mac and cheese is unbaked Stouffer's food service (America's favorite) brand, which is very watery. The 2 mixed together and microwaved is a great combo. I love buffalo chicken mac and cheese, and Tyson Any'tizers nuked and diced are a good addition to the mac and cheese. The combination of Hatch chilies and Buffalo chicken gives it a nice little zing. Hatch chiles, pleasing palates for over 130 years.

Just finished a batch of wings seasoned with Meat Church's Texas Sugar and a little VooDoo on some fries.
Good stuff.

My last piece of lasagna looked a little dry when I took it out of the microwave, but I figured out out to take care of that. I smothered it with Hatch chili mac and cheese. It was mostly cheese sauce in the bag and worked out well.

Manicotti and garlic bread. Saturday morning, or whenever it was I baked the manicotti, I mixed 1 cup of  water and 2 cups of pasta sauce in a 13" x 9" pan then started lying the frozen manicotti in it side by side. They were so big, 7 of them fit but not the 8th one, so I had to take them out and make 4 columns of 2. Then they just BAERLY fit, and swelled up even bigger after baking with the pan covered with foil. And the box of aluminum foil came with a free hat. They call 1 manicotti a serving, I call 2 a meal. They were too mushy at first but are better after setting in the fridge a few more days.

Pasta with meatballs and creamy tomato sauce with Parmesan and Romano cheese. I've also had several glasses of London Dry Gin and Diet Mountain Dew. I don't normally drink that much but I broke a big piece off an upper wisdom tooth a week ago, and have to wait another week to get it pulled. It's so sensitive that room temperature water is way too cold, but it's also sensitive to heat. Alcohol helps, so does taking my migraine pills more often than prescribed, and taking generic Excedrin. If any of my doctors says I'm self-medicating, I'll say you're damned right I am. Someone has to medicate me, and Motrin and Amoxicillin just aren't cutting it. I thought it was a sinus infection that was causing the left side of my head to feel like it it was on fire inside before, but maybe it had something to do with the raw nerve in my tooth being exposed.

I put a spoonful of cherries in my drink several hours ago. They're dried tart cherries that have been soaking in rum for a week. Now that I'm finishing my drink, it should be like a taste of cherry pie in the bottom of my glass, but it tastes watered down this time from rhe cherries being recused too many times. The rum with cherries in it tasted really good when I sampled it too. I would have used brandy, Cognac or my favorite, Asbach Uralt German "Cognac" if I had it, but Bacardi makes a fine cherry cordial too. When The cherries soaked up so much rum I didn't have enough Bacardi to cover them, I added a little Admiral Nelson spiced rum, but not enough to make it taste weird. One more drink then off to bed at 6:30, maybe.

I never judge anyone by what they eat. If you saw some of the things I ate, you'd know it wouldn't be fair. Last week my last piece of lasagna looked kind of dry, so I squeezed the last of the hatch chili mac and cheese out of the bag right on top. It was mostly pasta and cheese, with more pasta and cheese on it, and tasted better than you might think.

I'm eating Motor City Pizza Co. supreme pizza. It was cold enough to fire up the over again.

Shrimp wontons, shrimp money bags, and shrimp flatbreads, with plenty of sweet chili sauce. I think I bought them right before New Year's Eve, but they may have been left over after that.
