SKITTLES POP’D freeze dried candies. Crunch the Rainbow, Taste the Rainbow! I like these a lot better than regular Skittles. I almost made serious typo there, I started typing Sh instead of Sk for Skittles. ;D Oops! There aren't any brown Skittles in the rainbow.

Breakfast was 2 bowls of Vietnamese style pho soup. The first bowl full smelled like fennel and I wasn't sure why. It turns out, star anise is one of the main spices, and so is fennel seed. The other main spices are in the picture. I wanted to add black pepper to the second bowl, but added peppered beef jerky instead. It was the last ~1/4 of a bag that I already shredded and had enough pepper left in the bag. But I also added a couple dashes of Peri-Peri hot sauce. That was really good.

I just ate 2 Korean-Style Sweet Chili Noodle Bowls. The gochujang chili sauce made it medium-hot which is the way I like spicy foods. Each bowl is 500 calories, but I waited until I was hungry to eat, and 1,000 calories will last me a while. I had 2 Korean-Style Sweet Chili Noodle Bowls last night, and 2 Thai-Style Peanut Sesame Noodle Bowls for lunch yesterday. I think. I can't remember when I ate what, but I have a few flavors of noodle bowls and things left for the rest of weekend. I'm drinking the last of my Skimmers Vodka Iced Tea and Lemonade Variety Pack. I drank 1 of each yesterday and had the other half today. Not too bad to try something different for a change, but I don't plan on buying many more.
