I didn't know Burger King was getting that expensive. About a week ago I had a Smokehouse Bacon Jam Burger, with 2 Angus beef patties, pepper bacon jam, bacon, Gouda, and onion straws on a brioche bun. I ordered a pumpkin shake to go with it, then decided to get some Freakin' Fries too, and comboed my meal. Normally you can Add Fries and a 22 oz. Soft Drink for $4.89, but the shake was $2.00 more than a fountain drink. I got Alabama White Sauce and Boom Boom Sauce for my fries, but only used the Alabama White Sauce, and saved the Boom Boom Sauce to dip chicken in the next day. I think I paid 65 cents for an extra cup of sauce.
If I'm not mistaken, that should be over $20 including both sauces and the 6% state tax, but I used a $5 reward and got a $6.99(?) credit for my birthday burger, my birthday being last month. So I think it should have been around $10, but I just checked my credit card and I only paid $5.50 for all of it. I think they gave me the burger for free and didn't charge the right amount for something else. It was really good anyway. A lot better than Burger King, which is more like dog food, and always makes me burp. I think you get 1 point for each dollar you spend, then get $5 off when you have $75 points.
