I didn't know they made a double sausage one, but it sounds twice as good as the single.

Cajun fillet chicken biscuit with coleslaw for lunch.
We had to drop off a birthday cake at one location and hurry back home to take a baby shower cake back to the church......didn't have time for a big lunch.

Now back home and I had a couple of pecan puffs (some call the wedding cookies if they're patted out flatter). It's shortbread dough with chopped pecans backed until they puff up and then covered in powdered sugar.

I stirred a bunch of black pepper in my leftover sausage gravy and dipped 2 sausage, egg, and cheese muffins in it.

I woulda preferred doubling up on bacon or ham, myself. It's basically one croissant with two sets of filling.

Skip the Fully Loaded, there IS such a thing as "too much of a good thing." (Sez a guy who used to pound down full-pounder hamburgers in his teens and twenties..)

There used to be a dive bar in a crappy neighborhood on the other side of the city called The Rag Top Lounge. It was the home of the Big Ass Burger. These burgers barely fit in a Styrofoam box that most places use for fish & chips dinners and such. It had a 1 pound beef patty, and besides being big, it was good. If that wasn't big enough for you they had a Double Big Ass Burger with 2 pounds of beef on it. Instead of putting lettuce on the burgers they threw what looked like coleslaw mix with no dressing on. It tasted better than it sounds. I used to cut my burger into 4 pieces instead of trying to pick the whole thing up, but I usually ate it all in one sitting. A long time ago The Antlers in Soo, MI used to have a Paul Bunyan burger with a 5 pound beef patty on it. IIRC it was 16" in diameter like an XL pizza. The new Paul Bunyan Burger looks like something one person can eat. I remember a birch bark canoe hanging there a long, long time ago.

I just finished some leftover farfalle (bow tie) pasta, with sausage crumbles and green peas tossed in a rich and creamy vodka sauce.And I'm still hungry. It was too little too late.
