so far only 1 person has not bought a house after looking at them... that person was a  purple haired land hippo of a Dyke that was mad I did not let her bring her foo foo dogs on the tour.  She also offered 40k than asking price. In cash... it was hard for me not to laugh.

 Something like 80% of the homes have sold for cash.  After the 1st 100 are sold the price  is going up 25k.


There have been a few no shows and lots of people on Mormon standard  time( aka 15 mins late)  over all I have been pretty pleased.    It never fails to amaze me at how bad my industry  is when it comes to business  practices

Yeah, compared to horses and wagons.  Eating salt pork and hard tack.  Using the bathroom on the trail.  Swatting bugs....yep, I can see it being romantic.
