Easter Brunch, Eggs, hash browns, ham, bacon, sausage patties,pastries, cookies, rolls,fresh fruit,OJ,Tea and coffee.

That's what we had last night....seared and then slow-cooked in a crockpot with gravy. Also had some squash casserole, butter-peas, and rice.

Chicken Adobe burritos

Take a can of Chipotle chillies in Adobe add the contents to a pan, 2-4 chicken thighs, add enough water to cover simmer until it falls apart.

I like adding things like garlic, onions, dry herbs, chillies flake and etc
 

Great filling for almost anything really

I'm sitting here eating miniature Heath bars with peanut butter and salivating when I read what you guys are eating. I was going to watch that video but I better not. Maybe later.

Yesterday I had four cheese agnolotti pasta, with four cheese pasta sauce for breakfast. I think it was 5 or 6 kinds of cheese altogether. My alarm clock went off for an hour, then quit beeping a half hour ago so I should be getting up, but I have to sleep before I can wake up. Then I'll boil the rest of my agnolotti and toss it in some sauce for today's breakfast. My hours are screwed up even worse than usual today. The agnolotti was crescent shaped like this, not the traditional hand-pinched rectangular kind.
